What is your returns policy?

Incorrect or faulty products

If you have received an incorrect, damaged, or faulty product, please submit a return request by emailing hello@chiaraskin.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. To assist in processing your claim quickly, kindly include your order confirmation number in the subject line, photos of the product and a description. Once our team has reviewed your claim, we will offer a replacement or provide further instructions.

*Please note, due to health and safety reasons we will only accept returned skincare items if they are unopened and unused. Items should be returned in their original packaging and condition. 

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for products that have been opened or used.

Change of mind 

We do not offer refunds or accept returns due to a change of mind. As everyone's skin is unique, results may vary, and we are unable to guarantee specific outcomes. We encourage our customers to carefully review product descriptions before making a purchase.

How do I return?

To initiate your return, please email hello@chiaraskin.com.au for further details. You are responsible for shipping your return with a carrier of your choice. Please obtain a tracking number, as Chiara Skin cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost or missing during transit.

Once we receive your return at our headquarters, we will inspect your item(s) against our return conditions before processing your exchange or refund. Please allow up to 7 working days for us to complete this process.

Are there any charges for returns?

You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please note that your original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Additional Information

Chiara Skin is not responsible for any returns that are lost in transit. We strongly recommend sending returns back using a fully tracked service.

All returns are monitored to prevent misuse of our return policy. We reserve the right to flag customers who meet criteria for excessive returns, which may lead to a review and potential revocation of return privileges. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
