We cannot wait for you to receive your package. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays or disruptions beyond our control.

Shipping Services – AUSTRALIA

For Standard Shipping, your parcel may be left unattended by Australia Post if it is deemed safe. Prime Skin is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels. To ensure a signature upon delivery, we recommend choosing Express Shipping.

Processing time 

Orders placed before 12 PM (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched the same business day via Australia Post. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

After a product launch, please allow an additional business day for processing due to higher order volumes.

Tracking your order
